Licence

The short version

• One named person may use Copywriting OS.
• You can use it for your own business and to create work for your clients.
• You can't share, resell or redistribute the files, or use them to build a competing product.

Who the licence is for

The licence is for one named individual: the person who bought it, or the person they name when they buy. It's personal to that person and can't be transferred or shared, including with colleagues. Licences for teams will be offered later.

What you may do

• Install and use any of the three editions on the devices and AI accounts you personally use.
• Use it for your own business, and to create copy and other work for paying clients.
• Deliver that work to your clients, who may use it however they like.
• Keep using the version you bought, with every version 1 update, for as long as you like.

What you may not do

• Share, give away, upload or publish the files, in whole or in part, or let anyone else use your copy.
• Resell, sublicense or rent the system or any part of it.
• Use the files to create, train or improve a competing product, such as a prompt pack, skill, course, custom GPT or template set.
• Remove ownership or licence notices from the files.

Ownership

MX Digital Ltd owns Copywriting OS and its contents. Buying it gives you this licence, not ownership of the system. You own the work you create with it, subject to the terms of the AI tool you use.

Updates

All version 1 updates are included free. Version 2 will be a separate product.

When the licence ends

Your licence ends if you're refunded, or if you break these terms and don't put it right within 14 days of us asking. When it ends, stop using the files and delete them. Work you've already delivered to clients isn't affected.
