The promise

If Copywriting OS isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. You don't have to give a reason.

Email maarij@mxdigital.app from the address you used at checkout, or tell us that address.
Say you'd like a refund. Your order reference helps, but you don't need it.

We confirm the refund by email and send it through Stripe to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show it.

Once you're refunded, your licence ends and your download links stop working. Please delete your copies of the files.

Your legal rights still apply. If the product is faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll put it right, or refund you, as the law requires.

We look more closely at unusual cases, such as repeated buy-and-refund patterns. An ordinary request is never refused.
