Who we are

Copywriting OS is made and sold by MX Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17487288), whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. You can reach us at maarij@mxdigital.app.

In these terms, "we" and "us" means MX Digital Ltd, and "you" means the person buying.

What you're buying

Copywriting OS is digital content: a set of instructions, reference files and templates that you install in a third-party AI tool. Your purchase includes all three editions (the Skill, the Project kit and the Portable kit) and every version 1 update.

To use it you need your own account with a supported AI tool, such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini. That subscription is not included in the price, and its provider's terms apply to it.

Our help page lists which tools each edition has been tested with. We don't promise that it works with tools we haven't listed.

Price and payment

The price is shown on the sales page in pounds sterling and doesn't include VAT. Stripe processes your payment as the merchant of record for the sale. That means Stripe works out, collects and pays any VAT or sales tax due where you live and adds it to the price at checkout. The total you pay, including any tax, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Stripe's own terms apply to the payment, and your receipt comes from Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

If a price is wrong because of an obvious mistake, we'll tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Delivery

Your download is available as soon as your payment is confirmed, on the confirmation page and by email. If you lose the link, you can ask for a new one on our access page.

Your right to cancel, and our refund promise

UK consumer law normally gives you 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content supplied straight away, that right ends once supply begins, provided you agreed at checkout to immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel.

We go further. Whatever the law says, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying, for any reason. Our refund policy explains how.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights. Digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If it isn't, you may be entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund, even after 14 days.

Using the product

Your right to use Copywriting OS is set out in our licence. In short: one named person, client work allowed, and no sharing, resale or competing products.

Updates

Every version 1 update is free and available through your download access. Version 2 will be a separate product.

We may change or retire individual features to keep the product working with the AI tools it supports. We describe every change in the release notes.

What it does and doesn't do

Copywriting OS helps you plan, write and check copy. It doesn't guarantee sales, conversions or any other result.

AI tools can make mistakes, so read and check what they produce before you publish it. You are responsible for the copy you publish, including the claims in it and its compliance with the laws and advertising rules that apply to you.

Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or of our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable if it's obvious it will happen, or if we both knew it might happen when you bought.

We don't exclude or limit our liability where the law doesn't allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

If you buy for business purposes, we aren't liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity, and our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer, you can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts where you live, and you keep any protections the law of your country gives you.
